•Works closely with the Recruiting Team throughout full life cycle of recruiting; works with hiring manager to update job descriptions, creates job postings, advertisements, schedules kick off meetings, schedules interviews, reports on position metrics, and maintains a pipeline of candidates. •Adds agency and Facebook candidates into Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse). •Administers prescreening assessments. •Serves as the Social Media liaison between Hydrite and potential applicants by means of Linkedin, Facebook, etc. •Phone interviews sourced candidates and applicants. •Assists with the I-9 auditing project and other filing. • Researches college career fairs around the country and schedules recruiters to attend those certain events.
