New Future Foundation is a non- profit organization that has been working with young people of different ethnic and economic back-grounds since 1969. Internships are for youth and young professionals interested in building their foundations for leadership roles and participation on world issues. -Attended conferences and briefings three times a week that pertain to human rights, gender equality, health care and sustainable development. -Conducting research on my director’s, Queen Mother Dr.Delois Blakey, history with the United Nations

The purpose of Sankofa Africa Organization (SAO) is to connect people from every part of the community into a unified organization to work collectively to promote and commit to community service, volunteer work, education, programs and projects geared primarily toward helping Africans in Africa and Africans abroad. We enlist to involve college students and interested individuals of every race, ethnicity, culture, or background to join in an organization whose primary goal is to “Sankofa Africa” (Take Back Africa). Through our own programs, events, and projects along with collaborations with established and trusted organizations and associations both on and off-campus, we will work to bring development, improvement, and betterment for the African people both in the community and in Africa. The organization is also a way of promoting change and starting a vision that the next generations will see as beneficial toward building the future, and following upon that vision. We will endeavor to promote services and aid any part of Africa through our programs, events, and projects that we will set forth in the near future. Among others, we will set to provide necessities such as clothes, food, books, sanitation, and healthcare among others and have members traveling to Africa in order to provide direct relief and aid to countries in Africa.

More to Life International is a suicide prevention and self-esteem boosting program. MTL initiate workshops that targets issues of low self esteem to foster a platform for a healthy psychological and emotional development. Our focus points are: -Mental Health and Wellness Education -Self Esteem Boosting -Mentorship -Support Groups -Self-Therapy -Suicide Awareness & Prevention
