-Research Areas under the direction of Dr. Bruce L. Gladden and Dr. Heidi Kluess: 1. The effects of hypoxia on fatigue and VO2 on-kinetics in canine skeletal muscle in situ 2. Hypoxia-induced ATP release from red blood cells during hemolysis -Collaborated with several teams to develop, execute, and detail methodology for multiple studies -Quickly learned and reliably performed techniques crucial to experiments -Stream-lined activities through meticulous instrument calibration, self-directed research on new procedures, and continual re-organization of laboratory setups to address specific experimental needs
