Front Desk Assistant at Washburn Residental Living

Serve as a campus resource for residents, process resident mail, provide tours of housing facilities and assist members of Residential Living office with projects.

Merchandise Assistant/ Student Manager: at Ichabod shop

Student Manager- Cashier, customer service, answering phone calls, train new employees, manage cashiers, stocking merchandise, closing the store (this includes shutting down registers, locking up, etc.)
Merchandise Assistant- Customer service, help prepare/work community outreach sale events, creating displays, asssit with ordering and selecting merchandise to sale (sales representatives meetings, request credit for defective items, scheduling shipments, help with delivering/receiving and invoicing)
