Overseeing and developing the department, developing business plan, setting sales strategies and profit goals, performing territory and sales analyses, and assessing productivity and sales strategies accordingly.
Weekend mall management duties include: supervision of customer service center, mall maintenance, security, and housekeeping staff.
Marketing tasks: scheduling events and special promotions which includes recruiting vendors and sponsors, handling all mall office billing and marketing records, submitting a monthly gift card audit, tenant support, marketing displays, ordering collateral, and updating website and social media weekly.
Opening and closing store, counting all cash registers and safe, nightly deposit count, calculating daily selling equation and setting associate goals, and managing sales floor.
Responsibilities primarily include training new hires, answering patient calls, medical billing, filing EOBS, checks, and remits, Updating collector and status codes, and payment posting.
