Alternative Break Service Trip, Washington D.C- Issue of Homelessness (March, 2016) A week long trip with 12 students and 1 staff member from the Nazareth College. Attended workshops and activities conducted by the Steinbruck center at the Luther Place Memorial Church, Washington D.C. Visited and volunteered with varies organizations, shelters, and soup kitchen that were affiliated with issues of hunger and homelessness, such as the A Wider Circle; Martha's table, and Food Bank.
