Pro Artis scholarship: Students bring in their works of art to be evaluated by art faculty. Scholarships ranging up to $2000 will be awarded by the Art Department. Art scholars must assist in the Eide/Dalrymple Gallery for 16 hours each semester. Assigned duties may include assisting to hang and take down Gallery exhibits, monitoring the Gallery during open hours, assisting with Gallery receptions, working on preservation, framing and cataloguing of the permanent collection.

The South Dakota Opportunity Scholarship is available to South Dakota residents with an ACT composite of 24 or higher and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 who have met the SDOS curriculum requirements

PACT (Parish and College Together) Program: any full-time student that receives a scholarship of any amount from their church is eligible to receive a matching grant up to $500 from Augustana Univerisity.

We offer a variety of social activities such as book clubs, movie nights, sporting events, attending plays or concerts, crafts, and many more. We have around ten optional activities a month with flexible schedules. This organization provides many opportunities to engage in fun activities and make long-lasting friendships in the process. Augiethon is a student-run philanthropy that raises money for the Sanford Children's Hospital in Sioux Falls, a member of the Children's Miracle Network. Throughout the year, we do several fundraisers and activities to spread awareness and raise money for the amazing miracle children (who may have cancer, traumatic injury, genetic disease, prematurity, etc.) and their families at Sanford Children's Hospital, located only a mile away from Augustana. The funds raised go to support research and training, purchase equipment, and pay for uncompensated care, all in support of the mission to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.

As a part of Augustana University, the mission of the Eide/Dalrymple Gallery is to contribute to the educational and cultural vitality of the University, the surrounding community, and the state of South Dakota. The Eide/Dalrymple Gallery inspires the artists of today and tomorrow, and serves as a resource for teaching and promoting life-long learning through its permanent collection and temporary exhibition program with accompanying artist visits, gallery talks, and educational materials.
