Openeing the store, which includes: making the deposit from the day before, counting the cash for the registrars and the working cash, and setting up the goal sheet for the day. Closing the store, which includes: taking the deposit money out of drawers, counting the drawers at the end of the day, and closing down the store so that all the information from the day is sent to corporate correctly. It also included making exchanges and going through the process of refunding for customers.

Call alumni, update contact information, invite them to events in their area, invite them to donate to their alma mata to support the students who are currently attending, and call to thank them for their generous dontations. I also work events hosted by the alumni office and represent them to alumni and business people in the area.
