Operational Professional at Experis
The Operations Professional is responsible for coordinating and administering a variety of office activities at a regional and local branch office to ensure smooth operations. This will include (but not limited to) support for marketing, sales, recruiting, office administration, back office operations, and employee relations escalations. Operations Support • Responsible for new assignment set-ups and maintenance for consultants and clients • Follow-up with Directors on time reporting issues • Reconcile time reporting issues with consultants/clients • Responsible for the communication with consultants regarding time entry and expenses • Research escalated client billing issues • Review, update changes, and submit Proforma's, WIP, Special Billing Arrangements • Coordinate, review, and assist Field Directors and Engagement Managers of engagement billable and unbillable expenses for consultants • Create and maintain office/candidate/client files as needed • Review and process vendor invoices for MD approval and submission to AP • Assures candidate background checks are processed to client guidelines • Other duties as assigned Sales Support • Conduct Front Office training for BDMs and Directors • Miscellaneous support for Front Office systems (FOX and Sales Force), i.e. ad hoc reporting, manage client teams within Sales Force. • Event Coordination • Manage marketing collateral materials • RFP/Proposal support • Create and execute local marketing campaigns • Manage Employee Sales Lead Referral Program • Walk candidates into interviews and first day on site • Termination support: walk candidate off site, collect company/client assets • Track new logos and leads in progress • May assist with logging contracts into contract tracker • Consultant contact follow-up and visits as needed Recruiting Support • Formats talent/professional resumes as needed • Conducts orientations for new consultants, verifies I-9 • Facilitates the remarketing process by closely monitoring
