Joy Ferdinand

Joy Ferdinand is a Ph.D. student in Criminal Justice at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, with a strong focus on reintegration, gender, and justice reform. She has presented her work at national and international conferences, including the United Nations, and serves as a Youth Delegate for UNA-USA and a Global Youth Ambassador with Theirworld. Joy is passionate about using research, advocacy, and policy to support formerly incarcerated individuals and promote equitable systems. She also serves as a Graduate Assistant, contributing to research, teaching, and student engagement at UA Little Rock.
