Kathrine Messer

I grew up on a small 40-acre farm just north east of Foley, MN where my father, three brothers and I milked 40 head of dairy cattle from 1995 to 2012. I have always enjoyed being on the farm and around the farming industry which is the main reason that I attended the University of Minnesota, Crookston. The very first time I set foot on campus, I knew that this was the perfect place for me to attend college, the atmosphere, the people and the over all small community feel that was there made me feel like home. I attended UMC for a total of seven semesters in which I was a part of a variety of different organizations as well as community service activities. Now upon my graduation, I have relocated to Mora, MN and I am now employed with Federated Co-op's in Rush City, MN and I am loving my new life and career.
