Katrina Kuka
Katrina Kuka is currently a senior Vocal Performance and Music Education major at Ithaca College. She is a member of the Ithaca College Choir, directed by Lawrence Doebler, and has previously performed with the Ithaca College Women's Chorale conducted by Janet Galvan. She also performs periodically with Janet Galvan's UNYC (Upstate New York Chorus). Katrina delivered her solo Junior Vocal Recital on October 29, 2012 with Matthew Recio, piano. In addition to singing, Katrina also plays the tuba; she is currently a member of the Ithaca College Campus Band directed by Dan Isbell and is a past member of the Tuba and Euphonium ensemble under the direction of Dave Unland. After graduation, Katrina hopes to secure a teaching job and continue her studies in performance and education.
Katrina Kuka graduated from Ithaca College's School of Music with a degree in Performance/Music Education. The degree was awarded in December 2013.
