Kayla Arrell
Ideally, when I graduate I would like to work in film and television as a Production Designer and/or Screenwriter. I have had the privilege of working with a great department here at SU, and feel that I have been properly trained to enter into my career. I worked at a theatre that I had dreamed of working at since I was 8 years old, which is Sight & Sound Theatres. I also have worked on three independent feature films as a Production Designer/Art Director, with a fourth one scheduled in January. I am happy to say that without the skills I've learned at Susquehanna University through the Theatre Department, I would have been ill prepared for those jobs!
