I am currently a senior in the vet tech program at SUNY Canton. I worked at SUNY Canton's vet clinic for my first year at college for a work-study program, and I volunteer at local shelters with the vet tech association club here at SUNY Canton. When I am home, I volunteer at a couple of different animal shelters and the Bear Mt. Zoo. I also work at one of my local vet clinics. When not working or volunteering, I crochet blankets and toys and donate them to the local animal shelters during my free time.

Tau Phi Zeta is SUNY Canton's vet tech honor society. Membership is given to students with a grade point average of 3.5 or higher and has shown a good work ethic, leadership, and a love for animals. While a part of this club, I was the club's SGA representitive.

In the VTA club we raised money for animal shelters, and often took trips to volunteer at the many animal shelters local to SUNY Canton. On these trips, we vaccinated, trimmed toenails, administered medications, and flea medicine to the animals

Beacon Players

The Beacon Players is my school's drama club. I was apart of the orchestral pit that played music for our productions. It consisted of mainly professional musicians and a select few students that proved they were capable of playing such complicated music.
