Killian Beeler

I am responsible for the annual appeal strategy, grants, major gift solicitations, and the growth thereof for the Diocese of Tyler. Overseeing all components of the Diocese's annual appeal, I work to implement a comprehensive strategy and marketing plan, as well as leading and instructing diocesan and parish leadership, volunteers, ministry staff, and others in ways to grow the appeal. I establish program goals, determine marketing strategy, monitor, track, and analyze appeal results and offer pastors and volunteers specific guidance and resources to boost performance. Other specific duties include the preparation of annual appeal promotional materials, gift solicitations, media strategy for the appeal, as well as coordinating the direct mail appeal to households.
