Markus Ingelsson

Majored in Environmental Engineering
The University of Vermont, Class of 2018
From Uppsala, Sweden

Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, currently living in the U.S. I would describe myself as a high-energy and extensively enthusiastic engineering student at the University of Vermont. It's is of my highest interest to combine my ambitious academic interests with my genuine outdoorsmanship and yearning for adventure. This makes Burlington, Vermont a particularly stimulating location to reside in, offering remarkable opportunities to go skiing, hiking, and explore the massive playground that exists here. Currently I'm in my sophomore year, taking a set of highly intriguing classes. I'm also working on developing a grey water filtration system together with our Engineers Without Borders chapter, intended to be installed in rural Nicaragua. We're also designing a rainwater retention garden on campus.
