Work Experience

Marketing and public relations ambassador at The Owens Group

Work as the Lionsgate Ambassador in relation to John Carroll University and other local colleges. I would with Lionsgate and to help promote the upcoming movie at the university. Work with the other members to creatively think about how to get the idea and message out to the audience. Gaining Digital Marketing, Digital Media, Consumer Feedback and Strategic Marketing in the internship.

My responsibilities included working with the customers in order to make their experience as satisfying as possible. I would help adjust clothes and merchandise in an effective fashion. I would also work the cash register and do transactions. I gained a lot of Customer Service experience because I had to learn how to figure out what people wanted and be able to figure out how I can help them as fast as possible.
