The work functions have varied slightly, but now I am a part of the Navy Supply team for the government. NAVSUP BSC Tier 3 SAP/NRP functional support team member. Provides plan and analysis of customer defects and develops business requirements for system upgrades. Tracks sales and distribution requisitions on the Order Fulfillment team for the order to cash and plan to pay scenarios involving Navy Working Capital Fund and General Fund transactions. Utilizes Lean and Six Sigma background to improve business processes across the Navy enterprise while maintaining audit compliance in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley regulations.
