The Board of Directors governs the organization by overseeing broad policies and objectives relating to student governance and the seven AS owned and operated facilities, including the Aztec Recreation Center, the Aztec Student Union, Viejas Arena, and more. Create, manage, and approve the organizations budget and the appropriate allocation of student fees and managing sustainable business operations. Responsible for approval of all actions affecting corporate policies, including all budgets and/or financial matters. Ensure excellent communication between Associated Students and University administration.
