Brigade Maintenance Observer Coach/Trainer at US Army

Provide one on one training to the Brigade Maintenance Warrant Officer on maintenance and logistics at the Brigade level along with acting as a maintenance liason between Operations Group at the National Training Center (NTC) and organizations such as AMC, CASCOM, MCOE, and SCOE. Conduct research and analysis on maintenance trends of various combat systems that rotate through NTC for the training exercises and utilize information gathered to conduct After Action Reviews with the unit at the conclusion of the exercise.
