Kezwann Edwards

Blessings everyone, I am Kezwann Edwards. I am a Senior Criminal Justice and Psychology Major and a Troy University McNair Scholar, which is an Undergraduate Research Program for students pursing a PhD. I often have to present at various research symposiums and conferences: UCLA in Los Angeles, California; UNF in Jacksonville, Florida; Baylor University in Waco, Texas; SAEOPP and Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia and several other campuses and organizations across the country. I was born in Enterprise, Alabama the City of Progress, but have lived in Dothan, Alabama The Peanut Capital for most of my life. I come from a long line of pastors, ministers, clergy, and librarians. I am a business owner as I run a small soap-making business The Essential Touch Co. I have two locations where I sell my products, my main shop/operations location is in downtown Dothan. And my secondary location is at the Antique Angels consignment shop in Slocomb, AL. I work full-time as a Residential Services Assistant at Vaughn Blumberg Services - DHCIDB, Inc. Which is a nonprofit mental health organization and social service for the Intellectually Disabled. In the past I worked for the Dothan Houston County Library System for 6 years. I served as an intern at Southeast Alabama Youth Services Diversion Center where I was offered a PRN position. I worked also both in the community and university college level, serving as an Student Support Services Office Assistant for the Troy Dothan Campus, as well as a Library Assistant for Wallace Community College Learning Resources Center.
