I currently work at Randstad Technologies as a Level 1 Technician contracting with Molina Health Care. Also currently working towards my Network+ and Security + certifications. Love what I do and cant wait take on more in the IT field.

Level 1 Technician at Randstad Technologies US
I am currently working as a level 1 team lead (SME) with five other technicians under me. I work extensively with Windows Active Directory. This includes but is not limited to password resets, account unlocks, adding/removing members groups and drive mapping. Other duties include assisting customers with VPN connections –via Cisco AnyConnect Mobility Client, 2FactorAuthentication (VIP Access application), troubleshooting network connection, Citrix, and establishing remote sessions to end users through firewalls using the Bomgar service. Using iServe and the ITIL to create tickets and escalating tickets for customers to ESDL2 (Enterprise Service Desk Level 2) is a part of the day-to-day operations as well. This position has given me excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills as well as leadership skills.
