As a default counselor in the mortgage division of US Bank, my responsibilities was to provide information to customers about programs available to bring account current. Set up repayment plans, advise risk of defaulting according to investor & loan type guidelines. Office duties such as faxing, calling customers that were overdue for payments, contacting other representatives and clerical duties.
