The Army is an outstanding platform that continues to provide me the opportunity for personal and professional development, which has been proven through the many positions of trust I have held. My goal is to always improve and maintain my role as a leader and mentor to all Soldiers that I am provided the opportunity to serve with; seniors, peers and subordinates alike. Also providing this same level of commitment and professionalism to kids within our local schools, organizations and throughout the community in efforts to motive them to set goals and acknowledge the many milestones of achievement throughout their journey.
