I am a senior at SUNY Oswego, and wish to pursue an MD/PhD program in Psychiatry and Neuroscience, with child and adolescent patients being my primary focus. I love kids, and work with them in my summer lifeguarding and counseling jobs, where I run swim tests, teach swimming lessons, and supervise a variety of games and activities. I hope to have the opportunity to help individuals of these age groups to better their lives and live more happily and successfully through this occupation. I will strive to provide care where kindness, compassion, and conscientiousness can guide my patients to live up to their greatest potential.
