Rachel Cox

As a receptionist for both the Center for Inclusion and Diversity's home office and its satellite office in the Women's Center, I am responsible for being the face of the office. This means I give tours, answer the phones and take messages, as well as run any errands needed by my bosses. I also keep each space tidy and clean, and make sure they are as welcoming for all Saint Joe's Students as when they first opened.

As a Sales Associate I am usually stationed the Drive Thru area which carries heightened responsibilities from the rest of the Caf. I am responsible for taking and filling every order that each Guest requests. In doing so that could mean making the sandwiches, salads, or soups (if on Production), making the drinks (if on Barista), or consolidating all of them together and making the customer feel welcomed (if taking orders and/or window). I am also stationed in the Bakery and Dining Room where I maintain the atmosphere of the Caf through exceptional customer service. That means I greet each and every Guest with a smile, take their order accurately and efficiently, and go above any expectation they have for me. As a result, I also often train other Associates in new areas of the cafe.
