- Developing Schedule of Posts: Reviewing available information (weekly) about upcoming campus events from the University Calendar, web pages and social media sites for University Departments (ex. Alumni Events, Performance Music Events, Weinberg Memorial Library etc.) and organizations (Royal Players, USPB, ISP, etc.). Working with social media team at weekly meetings to plan amount and type of coverage (Royal News, Social Media, Photos, Video). - Drafting & Scheduling Posts for Social Media Sites. - Updating Content on University YouTube and Flickr pages. - Under the direction of the Marketing Communications Assistant, uploading video content created by the University to the YouTube EDU channel and recommend videos posted by outside individuals or organizations to be added to playlists on the channel. - Under the direction of the Marketing Communications Assistant, uploading new images from campus events as available and draft captions as requested. - Analyzing incoming key metrics and data as well as grouping said data into categories for further analysis. - Improving and developing social media content. - Monitoring Web Conversation about The University of Scranton.

- Director of Public Relations for Installation 01, the fan-made video game based off of the Halo video game series. - Managing social media channels and acting as a point of contact for the team. - Creating press kits, news releases, and coordinating the proper distribution of video releases and new information across multiple channels. - Internally coordinates with the team to develop strategies and tactics that will meet the project's goals and objectives.
