• I have made/updated training materials (knowledge assessments, power point presentations, on-the-job training, and standard operating procedures (SOP)). Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point).
• I am a certified trainer and have been through a Train the Trainer and Material Writers Classes. I am Method 1 (Yellow Belt) trained. I am also trained to complete Job Safety Analysis. Have written training presentations and several On-the-Job-Training (OJTs).
• Set-up and operate packaging equipment in accordance with established procedures. Makes adjustments to machine settings to complete manufacturing jobs accurately and efficiently. Maintains and cleans equipment as dictated by internal procedures and system recommendations. Perform routine quality checks to ensure that goods produced meet or exceed corporate quality standards.
