Develop and foster excellent customer service relationship with new Moms, Family and Hospital partners Work effectively and efficiently within the maternity and neonatal wards of hospitals Command control of the maternity room working with new Moms and family members Coordinate with hospital staff including doctors, nurses and other staff personnel. Use solid sales techniques to sell Mom365 products and services. Design and lay-out high quality newborn photo shots for the new Moms and family. Develop and maintain team-player relationship with co-workers, District Manager and Hospital Partners to assure complaints are not brought to Management. Comply with hospital policies, HIPPA regulations, security, safety, sanitation and infection control guidelines. Train photographers and District Managers in the field in accordance to Mom365 Official approved poses and sales standards. Acting District Manager/district contact when DM is unavailable or on vacation.
