I am a senior student in Hospitality Management at Iowa State University. I've worked in hospitalty industry already 4 years now. I still remember when I started my first job in a restaurant as a host. It was quiet hard at the beginning to get used to the new environemt and to learn new skills. That first work experience paved the way to my successful education and career. I believe my passion and hard working effort led me to become who I am now. I always love working with people and the excitement when I achieve goals through a teamwork. I am a motivated worker, and I am ready to work in any circumstances and to take challenges. From my personal experience that I gained through moving around different coutnries, I realized chances are given to those who strive to succeed through mutiple failures.
