Susan Missildine
I am a registered Neurodiagnostic Technologist working in an Epilepsy Monitoring Unit and have been pursuing a degree in Allied Health at Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania since 2004. I earned my Associate of Science in 1998 at Faulkner University in Birmingham, Alabama. I began my college education at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama in 1971 desiring to work with children with disabilities. Forty-one years later, I am actually doing that in the EMU. I took a circuitous path and many years getting here, but I love working with children as our team works to relieve their suffering from epilepsy and the other related conditions. It is rewarding when we see them get relief from the seizures that are controlling their lives.
