Sutton Rettig

I am a communications student who possesses in-depth knowledge of media tactics, public relations and comprehensive content generation. Of my many passions, writing has served as my greatest asset throughout the initial stages of my professional career. Outside of pursuing my bachelor's degree at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, I have served as a journalism intern for Quintessential Media Group as well as a public relations intern at Imerman Angels in Chicago, Illinois. My passions and skills outside of writing include community involvement programs emphasizing recreational enrichment, including youth engagement outlets and parks sanctioned events. As a devoted employee at Barrington Park District, I strive to create a balanced, enlightening and enjoyable camp program for the youth of the Barrington area. Since joining on as staff in 2013, I have become well equipped in proctoring youth camps for grade school children, as well as organizing and executing Park District sponsored events which showcase our dedication to creating a safe, fun and enriching lifestyle for families spanning throughout the Barrington area.
