Tanisha Kirk

My name is Tanisha, I was born and raised in Harlem N.Y. I dropped out of highschool but decided to go back to school and attend Glenmont Job Corps and get my GED which I did in 2007. I always wanted to go to college, but some really bad choices made me keep putting it on the back burner. But after 3 1/2 yrs of physical, emotional, and mental abuse from my first real love and alot from myself, I got it together and wanted something more in life and I started with fetting a job and then signing up for Hudson Valley. And im very proud of myself because I finally did it after putting it off for so long, and I know its going to get hard and frustrating at time but I know I can do it as long as I pray I know im gonna be alright.
