MOVOM

I am a member of MoVoM, which is a club designated for dance majors. I am also on the executive board for this club, so I do a lot of work for the dance majors. I am responsible for booking studio space during the summer and the school year, organizing auditions for our American College Dance Association choreography contest, taking notes during meetings, and just being a friendly face that the dance majors can always ask questions.

In this club, members audition for three pieces per semester and perform in these pieces in an end-of-semester showcase for the students of Hofstra. DanceWorks is the largest student-run club on campus and it is important to me that it remains that way. I go to philanthropy events and social events, as well as rehearsal every week and tech and dress rehearsals for show week.
