This included clients such as Sugarman Law Firm, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Funk N' Waffles, Sound Garden, Sugoi Social Media, Syracuse Children's Cancer Hospital, Syracuse Irish Film Festival, Voss Signs, Gardener & Capparelli and GreenScapes.
At this job I did various food service jobs to make money while my graphic design internship with Tommy Lincoln in Manlius, NY was going on. I set tables, did on-site support calls, ran industrial washers, sanitized, served food and did catering for large scale events.
This job required me to create a healthy living environment for my section of the Watts dorm building on the Cazenovia College campus. I personally oversaw 33 students ranging from Freshman to Junior years. Every month I took part in creating activities for the building as well as larger scale events. I had to keep in close touch with my peers, attend weekly meetings and keep track on large amounts of paperwork for incidents, peer reviews and business related expense reports.
This job included various activities including being both an informative guide for guests going to classes and using the building's facilities. I was also required to move important for classes and assist guest teachers and speakers. The job also entailed being security for the building both during my shift and when the building closed at the end of the day, checking over rooms and locking up the building.
The job included learning a wide variety of tasks for testing engines including fueling, rigging and unhooking and draining engines after they were sent to test cells.
This gave me an opportunity to work with a wide variety of people and work in a factory like setting.
This job requires me to work both with the co-workers in the ICT office but with the entire student body as well. I am required to do a variety of tasks including, answering phones, fixing large printers/computers/internet routers with various problems. I also was required to be able to take a computer apart piece by piece and put it back together, splice and make Ethernet cords and be able to understand the more intricate workings of computer software.
