Tonya Driver

I recently completed my doctorate of philosophy with a focus on how spirituality and racial identity influence career decisions and how these influences inform career purpose. This career purpose could shed light on society's increasing desires for their individual work lives to matter and align with their identities. My intent is to conduct research informing and expanding literature on this subject. I began with my dissertation and plan to continue over the course of my life.
