MSgt Todd Weingeroff is a 20+ year Communication System Manager and an accomplished program/project manager with proven ability to develop and implement strategic level business processes from requirements to end of lifecycle close out. Respected for team and group development, process improvement and efficiency creations. He has been awarded numerous individual and team awards for his recurring leadership performance. A career communications SNCO, Todd has worked in a wide variety of positions such as Tactical Communication Radio Frequency lead, Engineering and Installation Team Chief, Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of the USAFEs busiest Communications Focal Point. Additionally, he managed the AFs largest Client Systems Team, leading 50+ Airmen and German National employees. Currently he is the Command Theater Systems Radio Manager for USAFE-AFAFRICA A6, Ramstein Air Base, Germany. In this position, he leads USAFEs Personal Wireless Communications Systems and Giant Voice mass notification services for 19 locations. He directs management, procurement, contract development, as well as operations for the $36M USAFE Enterprise Land Mobile Radio Network (E-LMR). His diverse skill sets have allowed the USAFE E-LMR network to double in capabilities supporting 15K subscribers all while consolidating program management and maintenance across the command..
