Outrigger at Outriggers
Outriggers is a program out of James Madison University's Office of Student Activities and Involvement. Our mission is to help other organizations on and off campus to reach their full potential and accomplish their mission. We do this by developing and facilitating programs and workshops that open dialogue about and develop teamwork, communication, energy, and leadership. Outriggers work in small teams to develop and facilitate programs and discussions that generally last an hour. We facilitate to groups of ten to two-hundred and ten. Outriggers also work on committees to foster internal development and growth. We engage in project analysis of pilot programs, regular programs, and outreach efforts using feedback surveys and impact analysis in order to foster organizational development and individual growth.

Shadow at Outriggers Peer Educators
Outriggers is a program out of James Madison University's Office of Student Activities and Involvement. Our mission is to help other organizations on and off campus to reach their full potential and mission, We do this by developing and facilitating programs consisting of activities which develop and open dialogue about team-building, teamwork, communication, energy, and leadership. Outriggers work in teams of 2-5 to facilitate programs that range from 45 minutes to 1 hour. These programs are facilitated to groups with memberships ranging from 5 people to 210 people. Outriggers also use feedback from organizations as a way to improve facilitation and communication individually and as an organization.
