• Promote all Panhellenic Activites • Be responsible for PR at all VSU Visitation and Orientation Days. • Create a schedule for Executive Officers to attend Orientation and Visitation Days • Be responsible for a semester Newsletter, and all other publications of the Panhellenic Council including but not limited to flyers and booklets. • Serve as the council representative for Greek Ambassadors, the Tri-Council PR organization. • Present semester reports to the President • Meet with chapter PR Chairs monthly to talk about the effective uses of social media • Create a PR Plan for the Panhellenic Council. • Keep in weekly contact with the campus and/or city Newspaper • Manage and maintain Panhellenic Woman of the Month
