Alyshea Francis

Majored in Finance, Minored in Economics And Accounting
Nazareth University, Class of 2018
From Brooklyn, NY
When I was 16, I traveled across the world to Beijing, China. This was the first time I was ever away from my family and friends for a long period of time in a country that differed greatly from my own. It was struggle. However, despite all the obstacles that came with adjusting to my new environment, I stuck through it. I'm that person. Once a challenge is presented to me, I tackle it. I persevered. I was brave, accepting and dedicated to taking advantage of the opportunity I had to experience Beijing. Now, I use those experiences I gained, that molded me into a versatile individual, to serve as motivation in my performance as a college student and also my overall abilities to fulfill any challenge I am faced with.
