Personnel Assistant at US Army Recruiting Command - Virtual Recruiting Center

•Independently prepares and submits SMART (Sergeant Major of the Army Recruiting Team) report that shows activity for the referral program throughout the month. •Coordinates with medical professionals via phone or email to assist with Army programs when necessary. •Attempts to contact potential leads within 24 hours of initial contact. •Tracks and maintains all statistical and reportable data identified as necessary by Team Lead. •Trained new incoming team members on the LRC (Lead Refinement Center) processes. •Conducts inbound and outbound calls to include but not limited to telephone, email, and chat during my weekly duties.

•Contributed over 70 hours to NOSC Louisville Funeral Honors Program. •Stands watch every drill weekend to provide security to over 250 personnel assigned to NOSC Louisville. •Maintains 100% attendance and completes all training to remain in good standing within the USNR. •Assists with attendance coordinator in order to assure whom is and isn't present.
