Alyssa Catholdi

Alyssa Catholdi has been identified as a top student at SUNY Geneseos Ella Cline Shear School of Education and a future educator. She has earned a cumulative GPA of 3.5, or higher, as an undergraduate student or a cumulative GPA of 3.8, or higher, as a graduate student through the Spring 2017 semester. Members of the Epsilon Tau Chapter of Kappa Delta Pi would like to invite her to be initiated into the International Honor Society in Education, a prestigious network of educators working together to support quality education for all.

We are pleased to inform Alyssa Catholdi that she has been nominated for membership in the Geneseo Chapter of Phi Eta Sigma, a national honor society for students who have excelled during their first college year. The organization, founded in 1923, is comprised of over 350 chapters at colleges and universities throughout the United States, and there are more than 900,000 members nationwide. Membership in Phi Eta Sigma is offered to students who have achieved a cumulative grade point average of at least a 3.5 at the end of either semester during their first year. Geneseos chapter was chartered February 7, 1992, and over three thousand students have become members.

Received an invitation to Golden Key International Honour Society because your Geneseo GPA at the end of the fall 2017 semester was in the top 15% of your class (3.63 or higher).

Founded by Frank Reed Horton in 1925, Alpha Phi Omega is a national co-ed service organization that provides volunteers and service to the nation, community, and campus under the cardinal principles of Leadership, Friendship, and Service.
