I hope to implement effective communication with every interaction while working in hospitality to provide equal service to absolutely everyone without losing myself in the service. Such as not taking disapproval from customers personally, along with letting the customers harsh words roll off my back by putting myself in the customers shoes to understand why they are acting rude. Once I understand where they are coming from I can change my communication style to accommodate them and improve their day. My goal is to be able make customers more happy no matter their background and give them splendid customer service without losing myself.
