Azley Thrash

My name is Azley Thrash and I would be a great asset to any company because of my high energy and passion. That means I dont just work because its my job, I find reasons to enjoy what I do and I put everything I have into my work. For example, my first job was a retail job in high school and while most people only view that as a job to pay their bills, I viewed it as a business that I could impact. I quickly got promoted several times for my work ethic and eventually helped lead my store to increase sales by 15%. I became someone the whole district knew and exemplified, all before I had even graduated college! I am able to carry that passion, drive, and leadership to any establishment I am a part of and instill motivation in my peers as well as benefit the company and its consumers. I can easily make ethical decisions that appeal to customers because I genuinely care for them and their well-being. Whether I am making sales and building relationships with customers or behind the scenes creating products for their benefit, everyone will be able to see the energy and commitment I put into my work.
