Bonnie Dalager

Since 2000, I've worked to create a positive culture and community within volunteer-reliant organizations through development and leadership of volunteer work groups and staff, working to inspire community involvement and support of organizational mission and values. My professional experience provided the opportunity to work with boards, community coalitions, and hundreds of dedicated volunteers to impact people and our community in a positive way. These each combined a wide variety of different types of responsibilities, such as financial management, marketing, organization, supervision, donor stewardship, fundraising, program and event planning and volunteer development. I also believe strongly in the impact we can each make through citizenship, and have been an active volunteer in my community arts and youth organizations since the age of 14.
