-Direct all areas of donor relations and stewardship for the Office of Advancement. -Oversee all aspects of the named scholarship and endowment program; production of scholarship/gift agreements, endowment/scholarship reporting, identifying additional donor relations/stewardship opportunities, and collaboration with Financial Aid and appropriate faculty and staff. -Produce Enrichment Report (annual report) for all donors, including year-in-review, impact stories, and donor lists. -Improve donor communications through various newsletters and multi-media. -Draft speaking points and scripts for the University President and other event speakers -Develop and implement new donor program. -Draft annual acknowledgment templates for all designations. -Plan/assist and execute donor events, including the Presidents Club Dinner, Scholarship Luncheon, Heritage Roll of Honor Brunch, Faculty & Staff Donor Reception, Parent Donor & Legacy Family Reception, Presidents Club Homecoming Welcome Tent and individual scholarship and endowment donor visits. -Plan/assist with Campaign events, including groundbreaking for new facility, Faculty & Staff Campaign Launch, and Leadership Phase Launch Celebration for the Board of Trustees and community members. -Develop and implement new parent programs to include an Ambrose Parent Council, enhanced Family Weekend, and increased visibility and communication with current Ambrose parents.
