Where I starting in the nursing home industry. Met lifelong friends. Developed a true appreciation for the Human life experience.
I worked front desk reception, assisted the office manager and was their back up, was the back up for the admissions director, did Medicaid applications for residents, was assistant to the administrator, assisted human resources and staff development. Worked closely with residents and their loved ones to assist with the transition to a nursing home environment.
