Act as a liaison between industry and community college; work as a consultant and coordinator for training; oversee Commercial Driver's License Program, Community Education, Traffic Safety Program, and Professional Development.

Job Functions Include: 1. Promote and represent the Center for Business & Industry as the leading provider of customized employee training within the Lake Land College district. 2. Develop and implement a comprehensive training program to meet the needs of area businesses and industries. 3. Manage contracting function to ensure compliance with educational and fiscal goals. 4. Hire and direct the activities of the professional staff and training providers. 5. Provide vision and direction for expansion of training offered by Lake Land College. 6. Serve as the building representative for Lake Land College for all partners housed in the Workforce Development Building. 7. Manage partnerships with and facilitate programs offered with area businesses and industry. 8. Attend professional meetings and keep the college apprised of recent developments in the area of customized training. 9. Serve as a member of various committees within the college.
