In school I focused on application development, concentrated on database infrastructure and cloud computing. I am working as a computer technician at Buffalo State, although I am seeking new opportunities to enhance my technical knowledge of various different information systems through job experience.

Computer Technician at Buffalo State College

Provide level one technical support by troubleshooting, imaging and maintaining campus owned clients. Use Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2012 and JAMF Casper to deploy image packages. Use Microsoft System Center Service Manager to track service requests and maintain asset information. Provide troubleshooting for client peripherals such as HP, Epson, Brother, Toshiba and Ricoh network and local printers. Perform hardware repair such as motherboard, video card, RAM and hard drive replacements. Provide customer support over the phone and in person for applications. Work in a cooperative team environment with both peers and supervisors to provide satisfactory support.
