Hello,
My name is Chelsea Klausfelder and I am a senior at Cedar Crest College. I am a business student and in my future I would like to become a director in a field working with children either in education activities or health related fields. I also work full-time to help pay for schooling and other obligations. I am the president of the SHRM club chapter for Cedar Crest College. I enjoy attending networking events and meeting new people. In my spare time I like to watch or attend sporting events or spending time with family and friends. My overall goal in my future is to make a change in a child/children's lives.

I take on the role as a neighborhood expert at my job. I train new employees and help management make decisions regarding contests/marketing ideas/community involvement. I have been in the serving industry for six years now. I have six years of customer service/cash handling/food and beverage safety/cleaning duties and much more. I've learned so much dealing with different customers every day. I'm excited to graduate and use my skills I've learned in previous jobs and apply them to the job I earn after college.
